GLOW is operated by Glow Training Solutions, LLC. These Terms of Service explain the terms that apply when you use our website, submit a training inquiry, communicate with us, or participate in services offered by GLOW.

Use of Website

By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the website, its functionality, or other users.

Training Inquiry

Submitting an inquiry form does not guarantee course availability, scheduling, acceptance into a course, or completion of any training program. A GLOW representative will review your request and follow up with next steps.

Training Availability

Training sessions, live-fire activities, course dates, instructor availability, and range access may vary based on scheduling, local range partnerships, safety requirements, and other operational factors.

Not a CCW Permit Course

GLOW training is not a concealed carry permit course and does not issue a concealed carry license, permit, or CCW certification.

Some GLOW basic shooting courses may include a marksmanship or shooting qualification certificate based on course completion and demonstrated shooting qualifications. This certificate may be used as a prerequisite for certain further NRA pistol certification courses, when applicable.

If you are seeking a concealed carry permit or legal certification, please check your state and local requirements or contact the appropriate licensing authority.

Safety and Eligibility

Participation in firearms-related training may be subject to safety rules, instructor discretion, range requirements, applicable laws, and eligibility restrictions. GLOW reserves the right to decline or discontinue participation if safety requirements are not followed.

Age and Eligibility

GLOW training is intended for adults age 18 and older unless otherwise approved by GLOW and permitted by applicable law, range requirements, and instructor discretion. Participants must comply with all applicable laws, safety requirements, and eligibility restrictions.

SMS Communications

If you provide your phone number and opt in to SMS messages, Glow Training Solutions, LLC, operating as GLOW, may send non-marketing text messages related to your inquiry, scheduling, appointment reminders, and customer support.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

We do not use SMS for promotional offers, merchandise announcements, class availability blasts, discounts, or marketing campaigns.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages.

Email Communications

If you opt in to receive email communications, GLOW may send updates related to training availability, events, announcements, and related information. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Third-Party Services

Limitation of Liability
